Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, you will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. Transit times vary but you can expect the carrier to deliver your order within 4-8 days once they have received your package.

For a full refund to your original form of payment, returns can be made within 10 business days of receipt. Email us at hello@nesthomedecor.com . Include your name, order number and item you want to return. The cost of return shipping is the customers’ responsibility.

When packaging your order products are inspected to ensure there are no defects or damages, wrapping them carefully to get them safely to you. If your package arrives damaged or defective, send an email to hello@nesthomedecor.com with photos of packaging and items within three business days of delivery.
